Returns and Exchanges

ONLINE RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Post Office: Take your parcel to any post office and return it using a trackable service. Costs will vary depending on your location and the weight of your parcel.

Sale items may not be returned. These are marked “Sale” in the product description.

For all returns, please include your original invoice and email or reference number quoted by a VIDHI representative for expedient processing.

All products sale or otherwise which have a major manufacturing default are eligible for a full refund as per Australian consumer law.

ONLINE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Merchandise must be returned within 14 days of the date you received your item/s.

Promotions are only valid for days as advertised, subject to availability of product.

Not to be used in conjunction with any other offer (*inclusive of vouchers).

Discounts not valid on voucher sales.

Full priced stock is eligible for a refund, exchange or ONLINE credit note. If returned at market, the item is eligible for a refund, exchange or market stall credit note.

Sale merchandise (inclusive of promotion) is eligible for exchange or online credit ONLY, and if returned to a market stall, an exchange or VIDHI credit note.

Merchandise must have all tags attached and be returned in original condition with your invoice and returns slip.

If you require an exchange, it is subject to availability at the time the item is returned.

Please indicate the replacement size, colour and item you wish to receive on items you wish to exchange.

If correct replacement size/colour/style is out of stock, repairs are not possible and you do not wish to choose an alternative item, VIDHI will offer an online credit, exchange or refund to the value of your original order.

VIDHI is not responsible for items that have been damaged in transit or items that have not been received.

Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

Please allow 14 days from the time you mail your order for return to when your return/exchange is processed. VIDHI DESIGNS will notify you via email when the transaction is complete.

Any damage incurred in transit to VIDHI is the responsibility of the customer.

VIDHI DESIGNS is not responsible for returns that are not received by VIDHI

Purchases made online may be returned to any VIDHI location.

ONLINE RETURN POLICY FOR JEWELRY & EARRINGS

Our Returns Policy is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your order, so if you happen to change your mind about an item purchased on the online store, we will exchange it or give you a refund, provided that it’s returned to us in its original condition and packaging, unworn, unwashed, and with all labels intact.

Please make sure that clothing or merchandise is tried on over your own under-garments. In the interests of hygiene, we may refuse returns of items where it’s obvious that this hasn’t been done.

There are no exchanges for jewellery or earrings.

PLEASE NOTE: Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. If you return a product on which duty and tax has been paid, we are unable to refund such duty or taxes.
